Columbus, Ga. and Phenix City, Al. are separated by the Chattahoochee River. Ann's knowledge of the Barbour County, Al. market comes from 10 years residing there prior to moving to Columbus.
Ann is Certified Residential and Jim is State Licensed (in both states).
